Residents commence job training according to their aptitudes, preferrences and availability as an integral component of their rehabilitation process. During this training the residents develop self esteem, responsibility, punctuality, patience, perseverance, precision, stress management, discipline, teamwork, respect for authority and other qualities necessary for their rehabilitation.
The resident's dignity, value and self esteem is affirmed with the training and the incentives they receive for their accomplishments. The incentives provide an opportunity for the residents to learn good management of money and to initiate savings to start independent living when they complete the program.
